Worldwide Warranty Policy
The customer must present the original product and receipt before providing the maintenance service; if not provided, the company reserves the right not to provide repair service.
In case of dispute relating to the warranty, the maintenance service and / or any information contained herein, AMAZINGTHING decision shall be final. The terms and conditions contained herein are for general reference only and are subjected to change without notice.
For SUPREMEGLINK Products:
- Bullet Shield/ Power Max: 3 years of maintenance
- TypeC to C/ HDMI: 2 years of maintenance
- Damage caused by the following reasons is not covered by the maintenance:
- The product has been repaired or modified by non-company personnel
- The product has been damaged due to mishandling, negligent use or events such as natural disasters.
- Do not install, operate or maintain in accordance with the instructions provided by the original manufacturer
AMAZINGTHING has the final right to determine and interpret the above terms and conditions.
For SUPREMEGCHARGER Products:
- 1-year maintenance
- Damage caused by the following reasons is not covered by the maintenance:
- Failure or damage caused by repair, disassembly, arbitrarily changing specifications or parts not originally of the company by yourself or by non-factory
- Damage caused by natural disasters, irresistible external forces, or inadvertent humans
- The internal wiring/connector of the charger is wet or eroded due to moisture or liquid infiltration.
- Other abnormal use
AMAZINGTHING has the final right to determine and interpret the above terms and conditions.
