  - Orders shipping to the Asian Pacific region will be processed from our Hong Kong warehouse.

• Power Bank Policy
  All Lithium-Ion products, such as power banks, require special shipping arrangements. Free shipping may not be available for all countries. The shipping cost for these items will be calculated during checkout for applicable regions.
  
  

• Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

Backorders

• If any items in your order are temporarily out of stock, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

• Once your complete order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you within 1-2 business days.

• While we strive to maintain sufficient inventory levels, occasional stock shortages may occur. In such cases, we will work promptly to source the remaining items and finalize your order as soon as possible.
